Fingerprinting is available to applicants who are under 18 years of age. Fingerprints must be: Full face and hand prints without a break between your thumb and forefinger. Full-body prints without a break between your wrist and finger and your left- and right-hand fingers for each hand Fingerprints should be in the order of 10 mm. The department has the ability to refuse to issue a visa if a person has submitted an unauthorized entry or departure record and provides incorrect fingerprints.
